Hi, first of all i'd like to start with letting you know my rig. Here's it:

Ati Radeon HD3850
Core 2 Quad Q9400 2.67Ghz
8GB DDR2 Ram 800Mhz
240Gb Sandisk SSD Plus
300Watt PSU

So the problem is I used to have a Core 2 Duo E4500 CPU on this same rig and I could play games like Euro Truck Sim 2 at medium-high settings without any problem. But when I upgraded my CPU to the Quad Core Q9400, even in the ETS2 I get slow motion-ish drops on the lowest settings. When I check my GPU and CPU usage I see that my GPU usage is at like 90 or 100% but my CPU usage is at the 20 and sometimes its even 10%'s. So is the problem a GPU bottleneck? Sorry for my english btw xd

probs, is an old gpu though throwing in something on the cheaper end like a 1050Ti would massively improve performance

I was thinking about upgrading my GPU to GTX 750 Ti, I've watched some videos on youtube with this GPU and my current CPU and they can play GTA V on very high settings with 60-50 fps :D
