Question GPU/CPU FANS HITTING SOMETHING??

While i was playing a game this sound came just out of nowhere even when i turned off the game i still heard it so i turned off my computer. And after that i couldnt hear it anymore but im worried it will come back it sounds like some fan is hitting something but i dont know where and what but i think it could be the gpu or cpu fans??!! its not one of the case fans i checked that the cables was secured!

if one of your system fans' blades is clipping something you will be able to see whatever the obstruction may be.
just power off the system and investigate with a bright light.

if one of the fans has a damaged bearing creating some noise you can tell by manually stopping these fans one at a time.
just lightly press on the center of each fan until they stop.
if the sound also stops then you know which is the culprit.
