GPU dvi gives no signal but vga on motherboard shows display perfectly fine

ive just build a low budget pc containing a Foxconn G41MXE-V motherboard , 460 watt psu and a gtx 560. Everything works fine until i plug in the 560. What do i do. Help appreciated
 
Solution
If you have a cheap power supply the card may not be getting enough power to run. The fact that you had to use converters and use the molex connections gives a clue there that it's either old and getting weak or is cheap and just does not produce nearly the power that it states on the box.

Also do a BIOS update before installing the card, if you have an older PCIe slot revision (1 or 1.1), some newer cards may have issues running on it.

Both of them are connected through a molex connector and all cables are all connected.
