I bought an RTX 2080 Duke OC like 4 months ago. I just downloaded MSI Live Update. It shows my GPU bios version, and I searched it on google because I was curious. I just found out it is an unverified version on techpowerup. This is the one I have right now: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/205760/205760 - I haven't flashed the BIOS or anything... this is how it arrived. This is a verified version, but this version is older. https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/205306/msi-rtx2080-8192-180918 Should I flash my bios to the one that is verified?

I'm not sure what to do.

Solution
If your not experiencing any issues with it, leave the stock VBIOS on it.

The flashing process is dangerous.

I think you are misunderstanding what unverified means.
Today i have reflashed my RX480s vbios like 5 times just tweaking and modifying vbios and eventually getting it stable as an RX580. I kind of enjoy it.

Its a genuine risk. Sometimes afterwards you may get a no booot or even make the card worse.

I'd leave it as is right now.
