Question GPU failure?

I decided to upgrade from a 750 to an RX 570 since it was within my budget, I uninstalled the old Nvidia drivers in safe mode using DDU, and then installed the new Gpu and it's drivers, when I booted up the Witcher 3 after about 2 minutes the screen started doing this

My specs are:
CPU:Ryzen 2400g
Motherboard:Asus a320m-k
RAM:8GB 2666mhz
PSU:Corsairr Cx650
GPU:Rx570
Storage: 3TB Seagate barracuda
i tried Lowering the clock speed to base, and setting fan speed to 100 to see if that would help but nothing worked.

NVM my PSU was dying
