Question GPU fan not working but cpu fan, other fan and mouse are on

I have the same problem. Recently our community experience a black out in the evening while I'm playing games on my pc. The very next day I tried to open my pc but i heard a spark and smokes comes out of my psu.

My cpu fan, other fan, and mouse does have light and it is on. Also my gpu fan is not spinning and doesn't show any display on my monitor.



I tried reseating the ram, clean it up and try on different slot. Tried to reapply thermal grease on my cpu. Tridd to use other psu which is seasonic 80+ bronze 550W. Tried to reseat the gpu Geforce 750 1gb as well and tried other gpu Geforce 1050 2gb but the fan is still no working. I haven't tried it on other computer 'cause I don't have spare.

Sounds like your motherboard is damaged, regardless of spinning fans (or not), due to the PSU failing.

Try the motherboard's HDMI/VGA port.
If it still doesn't give an output, the motherboard might be dead.

Seems to me the problem MAY be the PSU. A spark, and smoke appearing to come from the PSU are clues.

Looks like an alternate PSU and two GPUs were used during troubleshooting. Lets wait for the OP to come back with any updates.
