Question GPU Fans Doesnt work

I have Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX590 8Gb. Its working but the fans doesnt.. but in startup its spins and when the PC start the stop spinning.. what are the problem of this? please help.. 🙁

you are describing a non usage.
So first of all get a temperature monitoring software, like GPU-z. Start a video benchmark, wait for the temperatures to rise, and wait for the fan to turn on.
If it turns on and keeps the GPU at a normal operating temp, it's working perfectly fine.

Yes.. When Im running PUBG it started to spin
