Question GPU fans have become very noisy ?

I have a zotac GTX 1070 ti. Has been working great until all of a sudden it got very noisy. Seems like it's spinning the fans at full speed. MSI afterburner and firestorm don't do anything when I try to control fan speed. They say the speed is only 37% and temp around 30C.

You could try and replace the fans on the GPU but could you pass on a link to the GPU you have?

I have new fans coming today. I took it apart and one bearing has a very small amount of play
