Question GPU fans produce a strange "pulsing" noise ?

I recently got a Gigabyte RTX 3060 12GB GPU and its fans have been producing a weird noise ever since.

My old GPU didn't do that, so maybe it's normal and I'm just not used to it yet.

The pulsing noise in question.

In the video it's a lot louder than it actually is because I tried to get my phone as close as possible to the fans.
When I stop my fans via MSI afterburner, it ceases completely.

I gladly appreciate any advice if this is normal or not

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Does it happen if you set a fixed fan speed? Try several fan speeds to see if it's a problem when the fans spin faster or slower.

Well, that solved this faster than expected. Setting it to fixed speeds didn't do anything, but I played around with some of the other settings and now it seems to work again.

It was deactivating the MSI automatic fan speed and reactivating it again. I don't know why exactly that did anything, but it somehow worked.

Weird, but I guess I'll take that as a win.
