I couldn't come up with a good title, sorry, I think it gives you a good idea of what the problem is though
Laptop is XPS 15 9500
GPU: 1650 ti laptop version
CPU: Intel Core i7 10750H
RAM: 64 gigabytes
I bluescreened a couple of times 2 weeks back (all VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE) and all of a sudden it seems like my dedicated GPU was disabled by my computer
I found out that it was disabled by running a couple of games and noticing that they all ran horribly
I checked graphics settings and I saw that high performance became Intel UHD Graphics, before it was GTX 1650ti
I used DDU and installed new drivers all in safe mode, every single program I have installed says that there is a GPU in my laptop
I got the drivers from Dell, installed them in safe mode as I mentioned before, but it did not work

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

in Device Manager, see if the GPU is flagged with a yellow exclamation mark with an error code 43. Following that, se if GPU-Z shows 0(zero)'s in multiple fields.

I got the drivers from Dell, installed them in safe mode as I mentioned before, but it did not work
Make sure you're on the latest BIOS version, then use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode. Manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site, here(assuming you're on Windows 11), in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Hello,
The GPU is not marked with a yellow exclamation point and it states that the device is working fine
I used DDU and installed the drivers in safe mode before and it did not work (I used administrator as well)
