Thank you for all your input, and with you pointing it out about the mother board, i know i missclicked on building/reviewing, i should have had someone look over it just to make sure...is there any saving it with a swap out of the board or will i have to do a total rebuild?

you know what? I just googled that board again a saw something different that did't look as bad as what I saw the first time. I must have clicked the wrong link or something. that board will do fine at stock CPU speeds. Still wont overclock very well though

well you do always want a quality name brand PSU like Corsair, Antec, Seasonic, etc. and one with an 80+ rating. Off brand PSU's most likely when pushed to their rated wattage will fail sometimes sooner than later, and sometimes can damage the motherboard or GPU etc. when it does fail with some type of explosion.

A quality PSU should always be used and is one of the items you never wat to go "cheap" on.
