Question GPU light blinking

Hii, about a month ago this issue started , my monitor screen would go black and my Gigabyte Aorus GPU ,the Aorus LED keeps blinking but the PC is running with full power. I have done all sorts of troubleshoots etc . This very new Issue for me , never faced this issue ever before so i dont know what might be wrong. I googled and some of them say its a PSU fault and some say abnormal power supply. I have tried some stuff like Disconnected all the connections in the motherboard and reconnected again, but this issue would again happen. And generally i force shut off PC and start again. Do note that this issue happends randomly not daily.
My PC Config:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Asus Ex-A320M Mobo
16GB(8x2) Crucial Ballisticx Sports DDR4 3000Mhz
Gigabyte Aorus radeon RX570 4GB
550W Cooler Master 80+ Bronze
1TB HDD Seagate + 250GB NVMe SSD Samsung 970

The LEDs should be solid. If the system is still working, but the LEDs are flashing, it could be the voltages are too low. This will cause the card to draw more current than normal.

Ok but is it a GPU related mainly or a PSU fault.

It's PSU. The PSU is providing voltage to the GPU. Not the other way around.

So what would you recommend me to do , RMA the PSU coz it's still in Warrenty, or try something different like Clearing CMOS

Can you return it for a refund and get something of quality? Is it within that window?

no no its been 1 year since i purchased , it has 5 years warrenty so probably RMA is best option or i could sell it online and get a new better one. can you suggest a decent 550W PSU , it should not be too expensive , i budget one would be better
