Question GPU memory clock spikes to 100%

Hi,

I am having problem with my gpu (asus rog strix 2070 Advanced Gaming). Whenever I do something in my pc (e.g open chrome) the gpu memory clock spikes to 100% for a second and comes down.
I have " Use hardware acceleration when available" on chrome disabled.
I even unistalled all my Geforce Drivers and reinstalled them and scanned for viruses.
It seems that sometimes even my cpu spikes in temperature and usage but it doesnt show on task menager.
Is there anything to concern? (below are screenshots from HWiNFO)

You should list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:

You might want to also check and see which version of your motherboard BIOS you're on.

Motherboard is updatet to the lastet version.
