GPU need advice

Amd 955be @ 3,9GHz
hd6790
Kingston 8Gb 1600MHz ddr3
650W 80+ modular psu
27'' monitor 1920x1080
Samsung 830 64Gb
1Tb caviar black

My budget 350$ max
I wonder if 7950 or 660ti will be bottlenecked by my cpu, if so what card should i get?

I think you'd be looking at very little bottleneck. You're better off with GTX660 though - the Ti really doesn't add a lot for the money (around 10% typically).
