[SOLVED] GPU overheating when case is closed

I recently built a new system of config:
Ryzen 3700x
MSI x570 gaming plus
MSI Ventus OC GTX 1660 in top pci slot
Gskill Ripjaws 16GB @ 3600 Mhz
CASE Deepcool Matrexx 50 ATX
2x NVME + 2x 3.5 HDD + 1x 2.5 HDD
3x 120 mm fan @ 2000RPM + 1x 120mm fan @ 4000RPM + 1x 90mm fan @ 4000RPM

3 fans with 2000 rpm are set up as front intake
1 fan with 120mm @ 4000 rpm as rare exhaust
and 90mm fan as a p exhaust

PSU breaths air in from bottom and out at rare

PS all the fans are correctly configured as intake and exhaust(the side with support for the fan frame as exhaust side)

this configuration make GPU temps as high as 90-degree Celsius and it crashes when simple gaming (CSGO) in a closed case

in open case GPU max at 60 degrees.

seeing at GPU heatsink I think the GPU exhausting hot air against the side tempered glass of the case and near the PCI slot.
And those two locations are getting very hot when case is closed

can anyone suggest a proper config where the heating issues are minimised.

4000rpm? Are you sure about that? You're using delta fans, or?

How did you get a 90mm top fan in when there's only mounts for 120mm or 140mm fans?

Each side of the front panel is a full height "vent". Is there a fine mesh inside there also, or just the thicker visible webbing? Removing the fine mesh to reduce obstruction for the air entering the case [if possible] will help.

4000 rpm fans are from a crypto rig and I usually use them at no more than 2200 RPM

I fit 90 mm with zip ties

Update: I did something temporary that is working like a charm.
I removed all front intake except the bottom one (for HDDs to breath)

Now attached other 120mm fans at 2000 as top exhaust

Server fan still rare exhaust

And lastly I removed all pci brackets from the case below the graphics card,
Attached 90 mm fan below the graphic card that sucks air in from rear with zip ties(apparently it fits perfectly).

Now it's been running a stress test (GPU+ CPU) for 1 hour with all temps in control.

I still need a permanent solution.
Please help me with a configuration that can work this good
I can add more fans of needed.

PS right now air flows in from below the gpu into the case.
Get exhausted at rare ( I don't think top exhaust is even doing anything except maintaining air pressure so that air does not enters from top)
