Hi, im GPUMelter and my current and reoccuring issue is that my gpu rises to inhumane levels and crashes. I've tried out a bunch of different games and even on the worst game i could imagine (roblox) it crashed so i tried again this time it went up to 92C then it started going down again to about 71C and stabilezed. I dont really know what could be wrong? I've switched out my fans and dusted my entire comp. I've got a i7-4770 and a gtx 760 I Would Appreciate any help i can get ^^

Solution
Sounds like you've melted your GPU, GPU Melter 😉!

Only kidding. The GPU is pretty old now. It;s possible the thermal paste is failing on the GPU. Or that the fans are clogged/blocked/not working which is causing the high temps.

Run HWMon and post a screenshot of your PC at idle, and then at load too.

Yep sounds like a hot CPU alright. Start with a thorough blow out with some compressed air - take off both side panels first. (computer off and unplugged).

Maybe a new CPU cooler, or some new thermal paste at the bare minimum.

How is your overall airflow in the case? how many case fans do you have running? is the PC is a spot that gets good airflow in the room?

Oh god, i just downloaded hwmonitor and tried it out. and oh lord i've understood my problem, it seems that idle my GPU fans dont spin at all and under heavy load one is dead the other one is flickering between 60-90 rpm and the third is semi steady on 180. I might not be a computer guy but even i can tell that this is dead. But the real question is, Is it fixable? or do i need to get a new Graphicscard which is kinda problematic since im short on money.

Update, Fan 1 and 3 just went up to 450 rpm and then both stopped and keeps going back and fourth. Fan 2 is still dead

Update numero two, they are now at 3600 rpm and going up and down, i dont know what i'm watching. This is real bad.

update nummer 3, I'm dumb please dont bully me. I have a gtx 760.... dual fanned (ignore everything i said about nummer 2 being broken only 1 and 3 are counted since i only have 2 fans.) and i also found a video of the issue and seems to be quite a normal issue with the gtx 760.
