Question GPU power dips periodically when stress tested which results in fps drop in games.

Nvidia RTX 3060 mobile GPU in ASUS TUF Dash F15 laptop. When stress tested in Kombustor, it draws ~85watts for a while and then suddenly goes down to around ~40watts. Is there any solution to this. I have attached the screenshots for the graphs while testing and while idle.

You might want to try and undervolt your CPU, iGPU and the discrete GPU. outside of a synthetic benchmark, have you tried taxing the laptop with a game and seen how your temps are? Might want to see if the laptop is pending a BIOS update.

I'd try and run DDU too uninstall all GPU drivers, then manually reinstalling the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
