I started having this few days ago. I think it happened once before a year ago or something and it was gone.

Its always horizontal lines and when i move my mouse over it, it moves its self a lil bit.
My guess is GPU (1060 6gb).
Just to give some more harware I have.
Samsung syncmaster b2230 (Its on VGA cable , which i converted into HDMI because of the GPU it might be thats the problem too but i dont know)
Mostly when it happens is when im playing high end games i can feel GPU is rlly hot.
I do run all the games on HDD (this picture i made was after Metro Exodus on High setts)
