For that amount of budget you can go to GTX 650 ti. It can play most games now in 1080p with great performance using medium setting. Highly recommended for tight budget.

Of course 7850 is the best option if the OP can afford more money . +1 to 7850

Save up and get an HD 7850 2GB on sale. It is well worth the extra money. So is a GTX 660 for that matter.

You'll never regret spending more for a better PC component, IMO. (Provided you wait for prices to settle down after introduction.)
