I got my new PC just last month, and will upgrade my monitor from 32"HDTV 60Hz to a 24" HKC-MB24V1 75Hz 1080p soon, I only play at 1080p and my current RX 470 can no longer give me a stable 60Fps, particularly on Remnant from the Ashes, almost 99% I get 47fps on highest settings, and I really don't want to lower some settings.
My budget is around 200$ to 300$ any feedback is appreciated!

R5 3600
2x8GB DDR4 Team Elite 3200Mhz
B450M Bazooka Max
XFX RX 470 4GB @1330Mhz +50% power limit

Solution
Run this simple test:
Run your games but lower the Graphics settings and resolution.
This makes your gpu loaf a bit. If you get better fps, you can take advantage of a stronger graphics card.
If your fps does not change much, your games are more cpu limited.

If you want to hedge your bet, buy a EVGA card. EVGA has a 90 day free trade up option. Check their web site for requirements.
Do you need a new graphics card urgently?
RTX 3060 ti is expected to launch in late october.
Also Radeon RX 6000 series are going to launch at that time.

Currently you could get RTX 2060.

I could wait. I see RTX 2060 going for about 300$ brand new (Php 15,000) in our country, don't know how much would RX 6000 and RTX 3060Ti be though.
