[SOLVED] gpu usage and cpu usage drops please help

My Specs:

Asus X370 Prime Pro
Amd Ryzen 1800x
Nvidia 2070 Super
Psu 750w cooler master 80+bronze, 4 year old psu2x8gb hyperx KHX3000C15D4/8GX max 3000mhz

Cooler : Cooler master 240 pro liquid and 4 case fans

I have two ssds running in raid0 and i have tested there speed as well it seems good

and my windows is installed on m.2 drive 120gb

i have tried overclocking to 3.85 ghz and i ran prime 95 for 2hr and it was stable with xmp 1 2933mhz

i have tried no overclock just stock everything i keep getting this sudden gpu usage and cpu usage drop i just don't know what to do

and i have tried locking unlocking the gpu curve as well that doesn't seem to fix it i just don't know what to do tbh if anyone can help it would be appriecated

Try and upgrade your psu it’s 4 years old and holding up a 2070 super it could be rationing draws to prevent overheating and try to get a 850 watt from Corsair or Seasonic. I personally like the 80+ gold 850w nzxt

alright thanks i am just gonna have to get a psu and test it out and see if that fixes this issue
