Since 3 weeks when I'm playing a game and pressing alt+shift just to scroll on Facebook until the next round is coming cs:go for example... after 30 seconds my monitors are going black and they are showing "no signal" but the signal comes back, but I can't enter in the game anymore... Both monitors are connected to the graphic card... I never had this issue, I don't know what's going on... The same thing happend today when I tried to play Euro Truck Simulator 2. Both monitors going black, with "no signal" showing and game crashing... Dead by Daylight too but I've solved it with window mode
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-9600K
CPU COOLER: Argus Storm 1 - 120mm
MOBO: MSI H310M Pro-D Plus
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO White 2666Mhz DDR4 [2x8GB]
HDD & SSD : 1TB Seagate Barracuda & Samsung SSD 250GB
GPU: GTX 1660 MSI VENTUS XS 6GB OC
PSU: ATX Corsair VS650
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO 64 bit
Can someone help me?
I tried to reinstall the nVidia drivers, but nothing worked... I reinstalled the windows too. I noticed that my temperatures are high in load CPU: 70 degrees Celsius 158F GPU: 90 degrees Celsius 194F even if I applied thermal paste on both of them...
I searched all over the internet, I talked with everyone with maybe 10 Live Chat Supports, but nothing worked.
I can't play nothing, I just think that's a PSU problem, but I have no idea...

edit: Sorry if I made a mistake, my main language is not english and I'm trying to be calm because I can't find a solution to my problem
*edit2: I uploaded a video, to be sure everyone understands what's happening.
Video: https://streamable.com/ng8x5z

In the video you can see that my entire PC freezes and the game crashes, even the LEDs from my keyboard and my case, as you can see reflecting down, they are freezing for 3-4 seconds... and the game crashes with black screen to desktop... That happens almost at every game...

How is air going in and out of your case? Are there intake and exhaust fans? If so, how many?

If you open settings for afterburner, you can set your own fan profile. See if your temps go down at all if you set your fan profile so that your GPU fans run at 100% at say 80 degrees.
Is the VS650 unit the one with an orange label or the gray label? Did you reinstall the OS after recreating the installer using Windows Media Creation Tools? BIOS for the motherboard up to date?
I have no idea because my PC was build by someone else, and the PSU is hidden under a cover and I can't check it right now... but on the receipt that I received from the company where I bought the PC it says "Corsair VS650 (80Plus)
*edit: On their site I saw it's the one with the orange label so "VS" is orange or yellow, idk...

Everything is up to date. I have no idea if I have the "Windows Media Creation Tools..." I reinstalled the windows 2 weeks ago...

I don't know what the problem is, but I'd like to point out that your GPU temp seems quite hot, especially for something relatively easy to run like euro truck simulator. If I were you, I'd look into improving the airflow in your case after this gets figured out.

Thank you for your answer!
Do you have any idea how can I check the airflow?
I bought this pc last year in August, so the airflow at the beginning was pretty good, 60-70 degrees celsius at my GPU and 50-60 CPU while playing on ultra 1080p. And this year in July, it started to have 85-90 degrees celsius, even after cleaning the graphic card. I just though that the PSU can't deliver power to the Graphic Card because when I get the black screen as you saw in the video, the fans from the graphic card are stopping for a few seconds and are starting again, it's just like the graphic card is restarting itself, or something like that...

Now the graphic card is 37 degrees celsius in idle. View: https://imgur.com/a/p8shUdh

But when I try to play ETS2 or Pro Evolution Soccer 2020, the temps are just going to 90 degrees... even after cleaning the graphic card
