Hi Penguin,

DVI vs Analog should make no performance difference in games. At least, I can't think of a reason it would... the bottlenecks would be present before it get's output as a signal.

At least, I've never heard of DVI or Analog being a bottleneck.

I did find it kinda short and less useful. The first ones really explained stuff, but this one was what, 4 pages? :?

The article was actually written as a single piece and should be thought of as such. It was just so huge than nobody would have read it in one sitting, so it was split up into 3 palatable chunks. :)

In context, in a single article it explained all of the factors on videocard performance, and it was immediately backed up with a few benchmarks to support the general premises.

thank you for your help in advance I know a bit about computers but I didn't want to make a rash decision since I am working on a budget and want everything to work out
