[SOLVED] Graphics Card fan sounds like it's about to explode ?

So for the past week or so my graphics card has been persistently emitting a buzzing noise, however tonight the noise escalated from a buzzing to what I feel can accurately be described as a fan that is about to explode, all I can hear is grinding and the fan motor struggling to spin. The GPU is a GTX 1060, single fan 6gb. The card is only two and a half years old so it's not like it's at the end of a natural lifetime. Additionally I can confirm I have sprayed down the computer with compressed air to remove dust. What I want to know is what exactly is the problem and what do I need to replace or adjust in order to fix this problem, and I hope someone can assist. Thanks.

Seems like something is in the way of it. Check if there are any broken fan blades.
