Hi, I recently bought this computer:

Dell Inspiron 3000 Desktop | Intel Core i7

I don't really do much with it that would require an incredible graphics card, but I do play starcraft 2 online. So the objective is a card that will handle medium/high level performance with no problem. The integrated graphics that it came with is not recommended for the game and runs poorly.

I know very little about graphics cards, I'm hoping for direction with things like what will fit in the tower, what is a good value, etc.

I'm hoping to stay in the 50-90 dollar range (assuming that's realistic)

Some of the graphics cards that I found online within this range include:
Asus NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 2GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 Fanless Graphics Card
EVGA GeForce GT 610 2GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 Graphics Card
HP 594394-001 New Dc7800 Radeon HD5450 1GB DVI/HDMI Video Card 594394-0
XFX Radeon HD 6570 Graphic Card - 650 MHz Core - 1 GB DDR3 SDRAM - PCI Express 2.1 x16
VisionTek Radeon HD 5450 Graphics Card - 1 GB
GT520 NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 2GB DDR3 PCI Express DVI/VGA Video Graphics Card
MSI R7 250 2GD3 OC Radeon R7 250 2GB 128-Bit DDR3 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP
SAPPHIRE 100369-4GL Radeon R7 240 4GB 128-Bit DDR3

No! Sorry I'm late, but that is not good. The W1 series of EVGA power supplies are incredibly poor quality, such a shame as the rest of their line is pretty decent. With EVGA, you want to avoid anything with a 1 (W1, B1, G1). OP, you shouldn't skimp out on the power supply. Just get the XFX one I suggested, it's pretty cheap as it is. It's in a completely different league compared to the power supplies you've listed as far as quality goes.

If you can't get that exact one, look towards getting anything in tier 1-2 of this list:
