[SOLVED] graphics card for dell optiplex 7020

Got a basic question here. I have dell optiplex 7020 SFF machine. While connecting it with 1080p displays, it is not giving proper resolution. The OS installed is Ubuntu.
Is it due to fact that it has Intel HD 4600 inbuilt card and not capable of rendering full HD image?
Will installing any graphics card enhance the quality of display resolution?
PS - I am not looking using system for gaming.

Get a Low Profile Nvidia GPU, they all work with Ubuntu (Linux)
GeForce GT 710, GeForce GT 720 or GeForce GT 1030.
Make sure the one you get has the display ports compatible with your monitor.

Will it enhance the quality of display resolution? Currently it is showing all pixelized display even with 1920x1080 . My monitors support 1920x1080 (full HD.)

Yes.
But the Intel HD4600 supports 1080p and even higher resolutions.
Make sure is not the monitor or the display cable.

ok will check cable specs also. One monitor is on VGA and other one is on display port.
