Graphics card help!

This will be my first time upgrading my graphics card in my pc. I just need help if the graphics card I want to buy is compatible. I'm upgrading my RAM from 4gb to 16gb.

should be just fine. your 300w PSU is the minimum required to run the card.

Should work just fine and be well for games on low settings. Your motherboard does not accept 16GB of RAM so 8GB is your max i would recommend these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231665 because thats what i use and OC the timings to 7-7-7-18 @1333MHZ. Also upgrade your PSU so you can accept a GTX750 Ti because that is as far as i would go with that processor

Just get something simple like a EVGA PSU 500W Bronze it works i have it in my other build and its worked fine for years. Took me 30 minutes to install it

I think you should upgrade your PSU because it's only 300watts psu. You can run nvidia gt 730 on it but for 55 pounds you can get a better graphics card if you're willing to change your PSU. nvidia gt 730 is not for gaming to make it simple.

I have a overclock GT 320 and it works just fine. Plays call of duty everything on maximum solid 60 FPS (capped at 60)

depends on what display settings you run it.

I would say he should get Radeon 7750 which isn't power hungry and performs far better than gt 730 or even gt 740. Radeon 7750 only consumes around 40 watts so it's going to run on a 300watts PSU.
