Evening gentlemen I recently bought a new PC and I am unhappy with the performance of the graphics card and I was wondering what would be the best buy for my money I'm looking to spend under 200$. These are my current specs.

However, if you could wait, do that. With the HD6000 and black friday right around the corner, you should see some good deals on the 5770 and GTS450/455.

I have until Christmas to decide, Would I be able to run my hd 4200 and that one at the same time?

Otherwise, wait until the HD 6000's roll out and from everything that is being leaked there should be a 5770 replacement which costs in the neighborhood of 200 bucks.

Either way though remember, upgrade that PSU!

I wasn't sure if I could. I probably should of mentioned I am Canadian so the prices on those items may be a bit more for me. I am willing to wait as long as a couple weeks before Christmas for a new card so if there are any sales etc let me know. thanks

wait until black friday for brick and mortar store sales or cyber monday for online sales! I got a bunch of great deals at newegg last cyber-monday!

I'm not sure about slickdeals, but Logicbuy rarely have any Canadian deals, unless it was like one with newegg on both site. But again, I barely use Logic buy anyways, so you could be right.

The combo isn't available in Canada, so for the PSU a 400W+ from a reputable brand (Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, etc.) would be good, like these:

well as far as graphics cards go i wouldnt mind going over 200$ if the quality was a big improvement. but if its just miniscule improvment il stick with the hd 5770

Now that the price of HD 5830 has come down there is a significant improvement. Whether you consider that significant difference to be a "big" improvement is a good question. There is a difference of about $50 CND between the two.
