Laptop model: Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315 - 53
My laptop's RTX 2060 GPU stopped working after playing Valorant which was copied from my friend's laptop. The device manager recognizes the graphic card but it doesn't work or show up in DXDIAG. Even the NVIDIA control panel doesn't open. I tried reinstalling drivers(also used DDU) and then reinstalled Windows but it did no good.
Service center said that the issue is with the card itself but I am not convinced as the graphics card worked by itself twice after the error without me doing anything. Sometimes it shows the error DPC_WATCHDOG VIOLATION and restarts.Currently I am using my laptop by disabling the graphics from device manager as it sometimes gives BSOD. Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.
