Graphics card LE edition question

I'm comparing two of the same cards and one is 65$ cheaper than the other because it is an "LE" edition. The only difference I can see is that it's GPU Clock is ~20MHz lower, does that difference really matter enough for the price difference?

Will having the lower GPU Clock make my card less powerful than regular R9 290's for future 4k gaming on SLI setup and things like that?
