Question Graphics card problem

I have some problems with my new graphics card, that I bought. I placed it into my computer, I started the pc, but when I start playing games like Fortnite, Apex or something like that, It just restart itself.
The old card doesnt do that.
Old Graphics card: radeon hd 6670
New graphics card: radeon rx 460 2 GB OC, ,,Unplugged,,(Only motherboard power needed)
CPU: a8-6600k
8gb Ram
Motherboard:Asrock fm2a78m-hd+
400W power supply
May my power supply isnt enough? Or the motherboard is the problem?

I would firstly try testing different power supply.
