Hello, i recently bought a MSI GeForce RTX 4060 ti ventus 3x oc, and it does not fit in the first pcie slot of my motherboard because the sata connectors are in the way, i am wondering if it is ok to install my gpu in the 2nd one, without a loss of performance. My Motherboard is the ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

it does not fit in the first pcie slot of my motherboard because the sata connectors are in the way
How can the SATA connectors be in the way when they are angled away from the GPU?

In fact, if you go through the manual for your motherboard;
https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/ROG_STRIX_B450_F_GAMING/F14401_ROG_STRIX_B450-F_GAMING_UM_WEB.pdf?model=ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING
page: 1-2, you can use the lowest 2 SATA ports without issue.
The thing is the connectors are too tall, and because they are too tall they get in the way of the gpu when i install it in the first pcie slot,
