Graphics Card

Hey guys, I recently bought The Sims 3 and I came to know that I think I dont have a Graphics Card.But awhile ago I looked at the System Summary on PC Wizard 2008 and it says it has:

Intel Corporation 82845G/GL/GV/GE/PE Integrated Graphics Device

but when I open The Sims 3 it wont play because
"Unable to start game."
"Device 0 cannot run this title."
No supported video graphics card detected.Please check your system hardware"
So I dont know what to do.
Please help!
And what would be the best graphics card to play The Sims 3 at a price range of $50-$80.

You probably have a weak integrated graphic chip. Without knowing what make and model number your system is we can't let you know what type of card you can use.
