I downloaded that and install but some of the featurs are not supporting

basically monitor resolution , in game refresh rate

Which resolution? It should support 1080P/60hz, just not going to game that well in 2019.

1280*768 for monitor resolution , and for cod4 um not getting 75hz refresh rate which i could have with hd 4650 series gpu

VGA? If the monitor/GPU has the connections I'd try HDMI.

You could try DVI and see if that works.
