Hey everyone, I have a problem and I hope someone can help me solve it.
My problem looks like this: View: https://imgur.com/e8fXbfB

I was playing World of Warcraft and Monster Hunter: World without any problems at all, in League of Legends this problem would appear on the start of a new game but I would just alt+tab few times and it would go away. Now trying to play Red Dead Redemption2 and I have this problem and alt+tabing doesn't help. Laptop is 7-8 months old and I will post the specifications below. Thank you in advance.

Device specifications:
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz
  • RAM: 16,0 GB (15,4 GB usable)
  • Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
  • System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

It made no difference, I did notice when I uninstall drivers everything is running on low fps (like 20 fps) but there's no graphics glitches. When I update driver for my graphics card nothing changes, but when I update driver for processor graphics, fps goes way up but the glitches reappear. Not sure what should I try next..

I downloaded VGA Driver for RTX3060 from laptop manufacturer's page and it had no effect, then I downloaded VGA Driver and VGA Utility Drivers, 1 by 1 to see if anything changes but I still had like 20 fps. Then I reinstalled driver from nvidia's site and also nothing changed. Only once I went to device manager and selected Update driver for my AMD Radeon graphics did I get normal fps but also same graphics glitches as well.

those are included in chipset drivers

Monitor how the hardware is behaving. Get HWINFO, and observe:
-cpu core clock speeds. EACH CORE. Some bouncing around is expected; games do not keep your cpu and gpu at constant loads.
-Cpu(Tctl/Tdie) sensor. This chip has a max operating temperature of 105C. The igpu probably has it's own temperature sensor, but I don't know what it would be called.
-Gpu core temperature, gpu hot spot, and memory junction(this one may/may not be available to be read).
-Gpu core clock. Is it keeping boost clock over the base clock, or is it stuck at an unusually low clock in game.
-Gpu performance limiters, of which there are several. There's always at least one reason why the gpu can't boost further.
You can double click on a parameter to make a real time graph pop up.
