[SOLVED] Graphics shatter when playing game, but work just fine for other stuff.

My Laptop had a problem, whenever I tried to play game (every kind of game) my screen shatter.
I tried to open "adjust image settings with preview" on my laptop and it shows the same graphics shattering.
I'll include the image, and thats why maybe something is wrong with my graphic card.
but this only occurs when I'm playing game, and my screen work just fine whether in home screen or streaming.
Here is what my pc's specs:
Intel i5 4200 1,60 GHz
4GB RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit

is there something wrong with my graphics card? or do I need a software update?

Does it have a discrete graphics card? What is the laptop model? Looks like a graphics driver issue, make sure you're using the correct/latest drivers for your laptop - provided by the manufacturer - not ones downloaded from anywhere else.
