[SOLVED] Great Find but what is it?

I live in San Francisco which has some of the most expensive housing in the US. There is a lot of turnover and when people move they trow away all kinds of stuff. I found this case and took it home to see what was in it. There were no HDs and the disk cage was gone. However it did have:

Corsair 850w fully modular PS
ASRock Z87 Extreme6 with 6gb of memory
Intel I7-4770k

Nice for free. Anyway I have no idea what this case is and there is a connector on the front, above the usb ports, that I've never seen. and have no idea what it does Can someone help me with this.?
