Question Green glitch screen and complete green screen with only mouse pointer showing, nvidia GPU quadro k600

Hi guys,
I have a HP Compaq 6300 pro with which I have attached a Nvidia GPU Quadro K600, all this time it was fine, but suddenly I was starting to get glitchy screen in green, rarely red and blue and it might turn into full green, rarely red with mouse pointer available and movable. I don't know whether it is the GPU fault or it is the graphics driver fault. Tried to uninstall and install current version, old version, install driver through Windows Update, no avail. Initially it looks fine and suddenly it comes back again. I am attaching some images, please help me out with this? Currently I am using intel graphics, it seems to work fine and removed the GPU from the PC.

How old is the PSU in your prebuilt at this point?

I have attached a Nvidia GPU Quadro K600
Was it bought used?

Tried to uninstall and install current version
Remove all GPU driver using DDU and then manually reinstall with the latest drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Had the installation and uninstallation done but still the same issue

The PSU is mostly 10 years old I guess
This is a refurbished PC I got 4 years ago
Yes, the GPU is used

I removed the driver using DDU only in the safe mode, point to be added
