[SOLVED] Grey screen crashes with Vega 64

I've been having intermittent crashes on my system. There hasn't been any obvious cause, but I have noticed that the system crashes with white screen and grey screen on my two monitors and my GPU has the (wattage?) LEDs lit all the way.

Specs:
Ryzen 3700x
16gb RAM
Sapphire Vega 64 (reference/blower)
Asus X570 TUF
Corsair RMx 650 2018

I can't find anything of value in the even viewer. Could this be an issue of going over the PSU's wattage? I have two distinct PCI-E 6+2 cables attached.

Run Open Hardware Monitor and log to file while gaming for a bit. Upload the .csv log file somewhere where we can have a look.
