gskill ripjaws and ecs p55h-a

hi
i have bought a gskill ripjaws f3-12800cl9s-4gbrl ddr3-1600cl9-9-9-24 1.5v 4gx1 single channel
and the motherboard is ecs p55h-a
when i install the ram windows wont start the bios page and after that windows starting logo and the it restarts
but with my other ram its ok geil pc3-12800cl11 d3-1600 4g single channel
i dont know if its broken or compatibility issue
i did
update bios - clear CMOS - change ram timing and frequency (gskil instaled) - change its slot (gskill instaled)
and even installed it with my older ram and nothing happend again
what should i do ?!!!!

i run memtest
pass 0% test 27% test 1#

im guessing this is a 4gb module.

what i would say is to try it in another computer.

also google your mobo, to ensure it accepts ram of that speed/voltage/size.

personally im assuming that the ram is faulty. but you need to verify it before taking it back

yes its a 4gb
im going to try it in another mainboard
my mainboard accepts DDR3 1066/1333/2130+(OC)
yes there is no 1600 but mainboar auto change the frequency and every thing and im usin a geil pc3 12800 4gb 1600mhz now so the speed an .... shouldnt be a problem but maybe it is i need to test it in another pc as you said thanks

Check that you have the latest BIOS, ECS isn't known for keeping the BIOS up to date fro DRAM, if the stick is good it should work by itself, now if you are trying to mix it with the Geil that would be iffy

im not using both
the g skill itself wont run windows it just keep restarting
i cant install windows with it and in memtest there is no progress
