gt 730 a bit better however both very low end gpu, office oriented vga actually. vram capacity isnt worth mentioning since both have 64bit of bandwidth preventing them of utilizing properly even 1gb
gt 730 is way better than gt 610.
but get the gt 730 gddr5 model. the gddr3 model will hold back you in even simple games.
if you can spend some money, then get a r7 260x or gtx 750 ti.

There's a huge difference in performance between the GT730 128bit DDR3 and GT730 64Bit 2GB DDR3/1GB GDDR5
The 128Bit version has 96 CUDA cores (Only really suitable for office use.) while the 64bit version has 384 cores, which is enough for games like TF2 CS:GO and Dota 2 on good graphical settings.

but considering your gpu is ddr3, you can play these games at low - medium settings and some at high.
