[SOLVED] GTA 5 suddenly has more cpu usage than gpu usage

main board - Gigabyte Z390 aorus pro wifi
Graphics card - Asus Tuf Geforce RTX 2060 OC 6gb

ram - G.Skill Tridentz 8gb 3200mhz x 2

Power supply - CX Series™ CX650 — 650 Watt 80 PLUS® Bronze Certified ATX PSU


First of all Call of duty warzone and valorant are totally fine they are using more gpu than cpu. But when I try GTA V, sometimes my gpu has a lower usage rate than cpu. In most cases FPS stays the same(at 120-140) but sometimes the fps drops to 60-80 range. But I don't understand why my gpu usage are lower than my cpu usage but the temps stays at 80-85c(when I play games my gpu temps always stays at 80c, and idle stays between 35-45c)

The cpu usage is at 78% and the gpu is at 70% sometimes it's worse. But the temps are at 80 even though the usage is at 70% and the gpu core clock is stuck at 1875mhz.
