[SOLVED] GTA 5 wont download and cant launch without crashing

so recently i wanted to download GTA 5. and when the setup tool finished downloading the small part, it tries to start social club, and this is what i see every time i open up GTA 5:

anyone know how to fix this? thanks

yes its a paid copy. i have to download the setup tool on social club

reinstalled windows fixed it
