Gta sa white writing problem

When i play gta sa i have this wierd white or brown writing on the screen its like all these random letters. if you watch my video you will see the problem. I really need help playing the game plz can some 1 help me thank you

It looks like your graphics card maybe over heating. What kind of graphics card do you have? Download GPUZ to find out. Does it do it with any other game you have?
Also make sure your drivers are up to date ect.

Are you playing on a Laptop? More importantly is the graphics card an Intel something? Because I've seen that problem before and 9 times out of 10 the person was playing on an Intel laptop.
