My Pc: GTX 1650s , Core i3 9100F , 8GB ram 2400 , Windows 10

After I launched GTA V today I noticed that the story mode took 10 mins to load, it was fine yesterday at high setting
When it loaded into game I was getting 5-10 FPS , I tried messing with Nvidia 3D settings and tried alt-entering but nothing changed, GPU and CPU temps are lower than 50 so thats not the problem
Couldn't find a way to fix it please help me
P.S. every other game is running fine at high settings

GTA runs a thread at high priority which makes windows stop anything else until it's done but since it needs data from these other threads it takes forever to complete.
Rockstar is known for banning everybody for anything so use at own risk.

Thanks for answering but I think there's no need to use any illegal tools, it was just fine yesterday loading in about 15 secs, just need to know how to make things like before
