Gtx 1050ti + ryzen 1600x or gtx 1060+ amd x4 860k

I currently have the gtx 1050ti and the amd x4 860k and I want to make an upgrade..I'm thinking about buying either the ryzen 1600x and keep the 1050ti or buy the gtx 1060 and keep the cpu..i am aware that if i buy the 1060 6gb will bottleneck my cpu a lot and i will get a lower performance but i want to see your guys' opinion..My budget is like £300 and the 1600x is currently 135£ on amazon from 250£ so i could buy it .
