Hello, this is happening everyday, if I slightly touch my PC with my chair's wheels, or a controller falls on top of the case, the screen just turns black and the GPU fans start spinning at 100%.
This clearly had to be something that was poorly wired, so I built the PC again.
But yet again, this happened when the case gets a soft touch.

Current specs:
CPU: Intel Core i3 6100
Motherboard: Gigabyte micro-ATX GA-B150M-D3H
Memory: 8GB DDR4 (2x4)
Storage: Crucial 275GB Solid State Drive
Video Card: ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
Case: Generic cougar case
Power Supply: COUGAR 600W 80+ Bronze
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10

This has happened to me before - I plugged in a bad adaptor into my graphics card and the screen went black and the fans went to 100% just like yours is doing. I have a feeling that might be the issue.
Try changing the cable from the graphics card or using another port see if that helps. Let me know if it does!
