It's much easier just listing your specs like so:

To add, your speccy post doesn't list the make and model of your PSU. To add, did you recreate the bootable installer using Windows Media Creation Tools? Pleae don't use Userbench to tell you that your system is good or bad. Have you tried with games/titles that can tax the system?

My PSU is CoolerMaster G650M. Yes I did use Windows Media Creation Tool, yes I did try to play games and my FPS was lower than usual.
