GTX 1070 with benq RL2455HM or AMD RX 480 with LG23MP68VQ

What do you guys think?

if i will purchase AMD RX 480 then it means that I can get the LG23MP68VQ which had a freesync and as far as I know that it will greatly reduce or somewhat remove the tearing/lag

or the GTX 1070 + RL2455HM?

For the GTX 1070, you are better to get 144Hz monitor.
if you are buying 1080p@ 60Hz, you don't need this card. Get the GTX 1060 or RX 480
