Hello.
So here's my specs :
CPU : i7 7700k
RAM : single channel ddr3 or ddr4??? 2400mhz 16gb
GPU : gigabyte gtx 1080 ti white edition OC
MOTHERBOARD : asus rog strix h270f gaming
PSU : 500w 80+ cooler master
CASE : some old cooler master case

So here's my problem , i have seen people getting 120 fps on max settings 1080 p on " warzone " , and on low settings and no antialiasing i only get 80 fps btw my cpu usage is always at 100 percent and my gpu is at 30 percent when i play warzone , so i am assuming that it's a ram problem , btw ppl on the disc have been telling me to upgrade my ram but i wasn't sure about that . I just wanna eliminate every bottlneck and take full potential of my gpu , i know that the 1080 ti is very capable and can even run at 4k! pls halp lmao before i buy a new gpu and scam my self .

Solution
Don't worry about xmp, your ram is running at maximum anyway of 2400 which is the maximum for H270 chipset.

Yeah id try another same stick for dual channel. Be sure to place them in A2 & B2, second and forth slots.

Mixing ram bought separate times isn't assured so if you go for another stick make sure they're identical in specs. Capacity, speed, timings, and voltage.

While Warzone can benefit dual channel, along with allowing the processor do more, do check background activity in task manager while sitting idle making sure nothing unusual is consuming too much resources. Hopefully should see around 5% processor activity.

Can ya run an instance of Userbench and link results page please. Checking your thermals and processor speed.

Your motherboard uses DDR 4.

While at idle my cpu usage is at 3 percent
